IRAQ – preparation

Prepacking preparation continued on site, with Customs being notified of LGS activity in Nanjing from a very early stage. This enabled the process to be executed in compliance with Chinese customs procedures.  

Staff timetabling was a key issue and LGS had to ensure that the 24-hour operation could be managed for as long as was necessary in order to get the goods dispatched on schedule.
