Speed was the essence as the order was placed just before the Christmas and New Year period 2004, with delivery required just three and a half weeks later!

The high international profile of the January election meant that quality, efficiency and punctuality were scrutinised at every stage. Voting instructions and other materials were published in Arabic and Kurdish, and LGS had to produce 7000 kits, labelled for 22 different districts throughout the country.
